BillSpot exists because checking a DISCO bill in Pakistan usually means hunting for the right site, squinting at a slow government page, or standing in a queue. We built one clean front door: pick your DISCO, enter your number, and we route you straight to the correct official page.
What we are not
We are not WAPDA, NEPRA, PITC, or any DISCO. We don't issue bills, we don't set tariffs, and we can't change an amount you believe is wrong — for that, your DISCO's helpline is the right place. We're an independent routing tool, and we say so on every page.
What actually happens when you click "Check Bill"
Your reference number or customer ID is validated, then used to build a link straight to bill.pitc.com.pk — the same official portal you'd reach by searching for it yourself. It opens in a new tab. Your number is never logged or stored on our servers.
Why not show the bill directly on this site?
Some sites in this space fetch the official page on their server and re-display it. We chose not to: PITC's systems weren't built for that, we can't confirm it's something they've authorized, and it means trusting a third party with your account details instead of the utility that actually issued the bill. Sending you to the real source, quickly, is the version of this we're comfortable standing behind.
